专利摘要:
A tire, particularly for aircraft, has a crown reinforcement formed of plies of circumferential cables having a relative extensibility upon rupture of at least 8%, preferably between 10% and 26%, when the vulcanized tire is mounted on its service rim but not yet inflated, and a relative contraction under the effect of the heat at the temperature of vulcanization of at least 1.25%, preferably between 2% and 8%.

rim 17 and relative compression for vulcanization of 1.25-8%. The deflection of the tread 2 tires 1 in the mold 16 differs by at least 10% from the deflection tread of the tread 2 tires mounted on the rim 7, but not reduced. This implementation pshnya
This makes it easier to remove the tire from the mold and to avoid pressure effects on the breaker, occurring when the tire is deformed and inflated during rolling, leading to premature tire wear. 10 hp f-ly, 4 ill.
The invention relates to tire industry, in particular to the belt construction of radial tires.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life.
FIG. Figure 1 shows the halves of the radial section of the tire in a vulcanization form and mounted on a wheel rim in the unloaded state; in fig. 2 is a portion of the radial section of the tire belt in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a cross section of an inflated tire mounted on a rim; in fig. 4 is a schematic representation of a portion of a protective belt layer.
The pneumatic tire 1 comprises a tread 2, a radial carcass .3 fixed in each side 4 around the bead ring 5, and a belt 6, located radially outside the carcass 3.
Breaker. 6 consists of three layers of 7, 8 and 9 cords of aliphatic polyamide type tex with elongation at break. Approximately 22% with a force of 60 dec, under the effect of temperature, the cords are compressed by 6-7%. In each of these sin layers, cords are arranged in a circumferential direction.
Layer 9, located radially outside of Layers 7 and 8, has a width of 108 mm, and layers 7 and 8, respectively, of 214 and .212 mm and extend to the shoulders 10 of the tire.
The belt 6 may also contain layers 11 and 12 located radially outside layers 7, 8 and 9 at an angle of 60 with respect to the circumferential direction, made of aliphatic polyamide of type 94x3 tex with an approximate 22% elongation at break with c 15 dan, under by temperature, these cords are compressed by 3-5%, the cords of layers 11 and 12 intersect from one layer to another. The layer 11 has a width of 155 mm, a layer of 12152 mm.
The frame is made of three layers 13,
14 and 15, each centimeter wide, contains twelve cords of aliphatic polyamide type 188x2 tex with approximately 24% elongation at break with a strength of 29 dan, under the effect of temperature these cords are compressed by 5%.
Tire 1, extracted from the ForLf 16, mounted on the rim 17 of the wheel
in the non-pumped state, it has a bend along the radius of the tread 2 and in the middle plane 18 is significantly increased due to the stresses in the cords of the belt 6 layers. While the top 19
the mold 16 has a concavity of 25 mm; the top 20 of the tire 1 mounted on the rim 17 after vulcanisation in the non-compacted state has a large concavity f 5.75 mm. In the shoulder area 10
Tire 1 sediment d relative to the radius of the form in the same zone is equal to 4.1%, and in the zone of the middle plane - 4.6%. In the state that is not inflated to the working pressure, the tire 1 of the tread has a slightly convex shape due to stretching of the breaker cords 6. ./
Breaker 6 may contain a highly expandable protective shield of a layer 21 of undulating cords 22 with a diameter of 1 mm of steel filaments.
The amplitude A of the sinusoid is 5 mm, the wavelength is 5 mm, the middle axes of the parallel cords are located at a distance of 1.5 mm at an angle of 90 relative to the circumferential direction.
